We collect account data, including email addresses and Google Sign-In details, along with device information, usage analytics, and the financial records you enter into the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
Data is used to provide secure authentication, manage subscriptions, improve app performance, and communicate important updates.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising. Data is shared only with trusted providers such as Firebase and Google Play Billing for authentication and payment processing.
4. Data Security
All sensitive information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.
5. User Control
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Subscription details are managed transparently through Google Play.
6. App Info and Performance
CashWise collects technical information to ensure the app runs smoothly and to improve stability. This data is collected automatically through Firebase services and similar tools and is used only to maintain and improve app performance.
- Crash logs reporting unexpected errors or failures.
- Diagnostics such as device type, operating system, and error codes.
- Other app performance data, including load times, subscription flow errors, and notification delivery success.
7. Device or Other IDs
CashWise may collect device or other identifiers automatically through Firebase and Google Play services. These may include unique user IDs, installation IDs, and purchase tokens. They are used solely to provide authentication, manage subscriptions, and improve app performance, not for advertising or cross-app tracking.
8. App Activity
CashWise collects limited information about how you interact with the app, such as subscription upgrades, badge achievements, and notification actions. This data supports premium features, entitlement logic, analytics, and fraud prevention, and is not used for advertising or personalization.
9. Data Deletion Requests
We believe you should have full control over your personal information. If you wish to delete your CashWise account and all associated financial records, you can do so through either of the following methods:
In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Navigate to the User Guide section within the app and select "Delete Account." This process is automated and will initiate the immediate removal of your data from our active servers.
Email Request
You may also request account deletion by contacting us at hichamfriends23@gmail.com. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- Permanent Removal: All cash books, transaction histories, backups, and custom settings will be permanently erased.
- Irreversibility: This action cannot be undone. Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Sync Data: All data synced to our cloud servers will be purged in accordance with our data retention schedule, except where we are legally required to retain specific records for tax or regulatory purposes.
